Youth Sustainable Development Network

About the Youth Sustainable Development Network
The Youth Sustainable Development Network (YSDN) is dedicated to empowering young people and change makers with the knowledge, skills and leadership abilities necessary to build a more sustainable and resilient future for generations to come.

Our focus is centered around three key areas: Advancing SDG Knowledge, Youth Training on SDGs, and Implementation of Sustainable Projects. Since our inception in 2019, we have positively impacted the lives of over 5000 young people, reduced carbon emissions by 258.11tCO2, hosted 100 webinars, forged 20 strategic partnerships, and implemented 3 sustainable impact projects.

At the core of our work is the Positive Youth Development (PYD) Framework. Through this framework, we engage young people as valuable assets in advancing the SDGs, enhancing their agency and autonomy, identifying and celebrating their contributions to sustainable development, and creating a supportive environment that empowers young people to implement innovative solutions to the challenges facing our planet.
